Changing to a healthier diet is proven to produce more energy. There are many benefits of fruits and veggies. Many people remember Daniel from the scripture as the man who was able to survive the night with the lions. He was thrown into a lions den under the order of King Nebuchadnezzar because Daniel refused to stop praying to Yahweh. (Daniel 43)


In the beginning of Daniel you will read that he was taken captive around the age of fifteen. The King wanted the most prestigious men on his counsel. He sought them all over the surrounding areas of Babylon. The king had created a meal plan for the men. Daniel coming from a Jewish background had strict eating regulations. He refused. (Daniel 1:8) Instead he requested a trial run. To eat a plant based diet for ten days. "At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished." (Daniel 1:15) I encourage you to try a healthier meal plan for ten days to see if your energy has increased.
