You Have a Purpose

He took him outside and said, "Look up at the sky and count the stars--if indeed you can count them." Then he said to him, "So shall you offspring be." Genesis 15:5 (NIV)

When Yahweh spoke those words to Abraham he wasn't offering him wealth or fame instead he was giving him a legacy. To be able to appreciate the stars you need to step away from the lights and the distractions of the world to see the stars true purpose. Yahweh wants to bless us beyond our understanding. In order to find purpose you will need to step away so you can see all the stars.

1 Peter 2:9 says, "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, Yahweh's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light."
