The Wait

How long does it take you to read a book? How long does it take you to fold the laundry after you wash your clothes? How long does it take you to decide what to eat at a restaurant? Waiting is a part of everyone's life. No one can escape waiting. We wait for love. We wait for the perfect job. Some of us are still waiting for life to make sense.

When you pray you are also waiting. Yahweh wants to bless us. We must not only have faith but action. The scripture says not to be lazy while we wait. That we must remain busy. (John 9:4) This means turning to the next page. Folding the clothes. Picking a meal. Getting to know someone. Taking a "how to class". What are you waiting for? Have you taken action so you might experience the end result?
