One of the best ways to promote a healthy life is by the way you eat. I am a vegan. I have increased my energy on so many different levels. I am able to connect spiritually because my body is not filled with toxins from junk food. One of the best things I recommend would be to eat a diet based on your blood type and include your physician in your eating to ensure that you are making the best choices for your body.
Exercising is another great way to create a healthy way of living. When you are more active in your day to day life you are producing a chemical called endorphins. The endorphins create receptors in your brain. These receptors give you positive feeling in your body as well as reduces pain. So you are happy and pain free!!
