The true name of God is Yahweh. The Priests removed the name of Yahweh from the scripture saying his name was too holy to be uttered. "And Yahweh spoke to Mosheh, saying, "This is how you bless the children of Yisra'el. Say to them: Yahweh bless you and guard you;" Yahweh make His face shine upon you, and show favour to you; Yahweh lift up His face upon you and give you peace." ' Thus they shall put My Name on the children of Yisra'el, and I Myself shall bless them. (Numbers 6:22-27)
There is power in the name. (John 14, 16) When you say His name you are using authority. You are given power over your circumstances. "Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete." (John 16:24) Did you know the Creator's name is Yahweh? He calls you by your name. (Isaiah 43:1) Will you begin to ask in His name?
