Leaders Create Leaders Not Followers

Dr. Myles Munroe stated in his book Becoming a Leader, "You possess the capacity to be a leader within the sphere of your purpose for which you were born." What this means is no matter your location you have the capacity to become a leader. You are able to learn your surroundings and rise above adversity. Yahweh wants you to maximize your potential and strive for greatness. You have the capacity. tune into your abilities. Seek out the talents that are deep within you.

There are three phases in life when establishing leadership. These phases are dependence, independence and interdependence. True leaders want their Followers to strive for interdependence. Yahshua would teach the disciples but would also remind them that he was not going to be around long. He was training them and preparing them to become leaders of interdependence. Interdependence is when you have discovered your true self and your unique abilities and identity to be able to fully contribute to the lives of others.
