One single cup of raw kale is packed with vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin B6, Manganese, Calcium, Copper, Potassium and Magnesium to name a few. This amazing power food helps with inflammation and and disease prevention such as cancer.

You can add kale to just about anything. Smoothies. Salads. Pasta. You name it. If you want a snack between meals you can bake the kale and make chips. Be aware when incorporating kale to your diet because it can create kidney stones if eaten on a regular basis. I eat Kale a few times throughout the month. What would you add kale to?
