Good Soil

Pastor Larry Brey was the guest speaker at Elevation Church online this past Sunday. He said "God's hand is on your life." Teaching from Acts 20. He asked us a question. What is your faith in? In what light do we see Jesus? A preacher? A prophet? We need to be careful what we take in from the changing perceptions of the world. Not allowing the world to shape our faith in Jesus. In Acts, Paul speaks on what you might endure while serving the Lord, raising the dead and warning the people. We need to take into account that we all have a past. We can still have strong faith. Turning away from our past, we can be pillars for the kingdom. Our faith in Jesus. Apostles. The message was given and received. Believing in the powers and abilities we have inside to minister, heal and guide God's people. Good soil is within us. A demanding society will not stop the Holy Spirit.
