Directing Energy

Imagine you entered into a race. There are five miles in the race. You never ran five miles consecutively. You have three months before the big day. You start conditioning. Training. You eat healthier. You run a little further each day. Your legs become stronger. You see yourself finishing the race. Focusing all your energy into completing the race.
The most important part of you finishing the race was where you directed your energy. Your thoughts. The first thing you engaged in was the thought of entering the race. If you see yourself doing it. Finishing. Completing. Obtaining. You are more likely to do it. Focus your thoughts to see the end result you desire. See yourself with it. Believe it. When you put faith into a dream action will follow. Can you see yourself finishing the five mile race? What can you do to believe that you already have completed your goal?
